Midtown Block E

The Midtown Block E project represents the final phase of the Midtown Development, a prominent mixed-use complex in central Gibraltar. This 16-storey building completes the northeastern plot of the development, seamlessly integrating with the existing structures and enhancing the overall functionality and aesthetic of the area. Located adjacent to Midtown Coach and Car Park, with a frontage along Reclamation Road and the historic City walls, Building E (or Liberty) is strategically positioned to maximise its impact on the urban landscape.

The building features a ground floor that includes a residential lobby, reception area, and commercial spaces, designed to cater to both residents and visitors. Levels 01 to 03 are dedicated to car parking, ensuring smooth circulation and integration with the parking facilities of adjacent buildings.

The upper levels, from 04 to 15, offer a range of one to four-bedroom apartments, providing modern and comfortable living spaces. Our involvement in the project included Structural Engineering Monitoring services during the construction phase, ensuring the process adhered to the highest quality standards. We also provided CDM Planning Supervision services, ensuring a safe development.
