Construction of a 13-storey luxury residential development

One Bayside is perfectly poised as the focal point of the junction between Bayside Road and Winston Churchill Avenue, providing an opportunity to continue the regeneration of an area that was once an industrial zone and is swiftly becoming a modern desirable district.
